Ive bought so many Weight Lifting Belt and too tell you the truth this is the best Weight Lifting Belt hands down. I just used it earlier while squating and It improve my performance and stabilize my back. Last its easy to put on and the best part is that you can lose it up and still hang it in your waste so you dont have to put it in and back on again.•Things You'll need-Flat Head Screwdriver to adjust lenght you want•Pros-High Quality Belt-Strong Metal Lever-No need to roll it, you can use it right away•Cons-Pricey but its good for your back!-If your losing weight I suggest buying a Belt Hole Puncher for later but its not that a big deal.•Although this belt is pricey, Ill say it again it helps stabilize and reduce stress in your spine unlike some other weight lifting belt Ive use. I highly recommend this for people who love squating and deadlifting.

Great weight belt had it for 2 years and have produced some great PRs with it, however recently one of the teeth broke of from the lever. Is there anyplace I can get just the new lever? Let me know so I can get a replacement part.Thanks for a quick response!

Helped me get me strength up but the material is Way to hard, leaves small bruises on my waist each time I use it

Bought this for my husband and he has really helped with his lifting and the quality is phenomenal. it's adjustable and easy to do so. It is on the heavy side due to the heavy duty hardware but worth it. Color hasn't transferred either.

I am giving this product a 4 because the company needs to work on how they size their belts. I ordered the medium size(29-37), and this was not tight enough on me, and I have a 33 inch waist. I had to drill another hole. After drilling the hole, It gives amazing core support. Works like a charm, and it passed the stand test.

So I got this bc it looked cool and the reviews talked it up very well soooo I'm going to do that too! I took it in the gym carrying it on my shoulder bc i had my hands full with my gym bag, shaker cup, supplement bag (I need a bigger gym bag) and steroid shots. Jk about the shots. Anyways I walked in and the guy at the check in counter was like dude that's an awesome belt! I ignored him bc I don't check in.. I ain't got time for that I'm there to lift not hear about how your ex is doing great with her new, more successful, better looking boyfriend jerrod. Get over it. Anyways, walked in to the locker room and laid it down and this guy comes over and is talking about how cool it looks and how Arnold used one like this. Obviously that may or may not be true.. idk.. I don't care. So I went and squat 650 about 50 times. Everyone bowed and wanted a belt.. so... be the man, or woman. Buy this belt.

Threading for the screws that hold the lever to the belt went after 6 months. Also the screws that the lever hinged on would constantly loosen themselves and the hinge itself would fall apart during workouts. I began carrying a flathead screwdriver with me to put my belt together in the middle of workouts. The belt itself was amazing. The lever is pretty much garbage because i don't think i'm strong enough to just destroy a lever with my ab power in 6 months.
