These sound better than typical cellphone speakers
I won't repeat what others have said regarding battery life, comfort while wearing, controls, Bluetooth range, etc. You can safely believe the 5 star reviews. Allow me to provide some additional and common sense perspective regarding the sound quality - this headset delivers and does exactly what it's intended and advertised to do and it does it well, given its size. You can clearly hear your music while being aware of what's going on around you. While the sound is sufficient, the stereo separation is fantastic. Is it bone conducting? No! Watch the 2nd video on Amazon's site for this product. As that person said, the headphone delivers its sound through tiny speakers - just like your cellphone. (He was unsure about the charging port - it's micro USB, not USB C.) But, since the built in speakers are right in front of your ears, you'll hear excellent stereo separation, as I said above. I hear subtleties and nuances in my music I've not heard before with my expensive high end in ear products (I own several) because of that separation. In my opinion, that allows for comparable results using an expensive bone conducting headset. Can others hear the sound? Barely, if that, and only if they're listening for it or if you have the volume cranked up (which is totally unnecessary). This "headphone" is very very quiet in that respect and will not disturb others. Does part of it stick in your ear? No! Does it have fantastic bass? No! It's not made for that, just like your cellphone isn't made for that. Little speakers can only do so much. The multi-language manual is thorough and explains how to connect to Bluetooth and the functions of all the controls. There's even the subtle element of the volume controls having a raised "bump" on the button that increases the volume. A short press raises the volume and a long press advances to the next song. That helps determine which button is volume up vs volume down. A long press on the volume down button repeats the song that is currently playing. The Bluetooth range meets spec. When I tested this device on a phone call the reception was clear in both directions and we could understand each other perfectly.Regarding the reviews that say their headphone broke or won't charge, etc. - yes, as in life, stuff sometimes happens. Get the cheap insurance that Amazon makes available through Asurion. I did. It covers everything for 3 years, including giving back your money, since a product like this can't really be "repaired". Plus, you have Amazon's all inclusive 30 day return policy.Bottom line - I'm quite pleased and so is my very discerning wife. I ordered a 2nd headset for her after she listened to mine and agreed that this is a useful, fun, practical and functional product. Just remember, the sound doesn't match my Bose speakers or my in ear Jabra Elite 7 Pro noise cancelling earbuds. It's not supposed to. It simply does the job it is intended and advertised to do for a very small price compared to other choices. As both a discerning user and an audiophile, I can highly recommend this.

Like these better than IN-EAR type ... BUT ...loose on me
This "style" is perfect for me for when exercising. I cannot wear 'in-ear' ear buds due to bothering my ears due to having tendency to swimmer's ear issues and just general sensitivity. And I don't like "over the ear" style when exercising, because of trapping in sweat. So this "open ear" style is perfect. They paired fine with an Android phone.I really like having a VOLUME up/down buttons to adjust volume since the output volume can change, especially if commercials come on.I use mostly for talk radio or podcasts ... not music.BATTERY: i probably get between 4 and 5 hours play time. They start to beep when battery getting low and you have about 10 minutes or so before they just die. Instructions say not to overcharge these ...so you need to be mindful of plugging them in for just a couple hours or so and then UNPLUG so as to not mess up the battery. So its not a "smart battery" I guess.Sound: not music quality. It is tinny; one dimensional. But fine what I use it for. Sound is clear.FIT: this is probably my biggest negative for these. They are made for a larger / wider head. They fit me, but they are loose and there is no way to make them snugger against the head. e.g. like bendable. If just wearing these alone, that is probably OK. They are so light you barely notice they are there.(another big plus)But , when adding sunglasses, and then a cap, it all gets messy. It is easy to knock the ear piece away from ear if you adjust your sunglasses or hat or just make too much motion in general. So that part gets annoying. Also, if they were more adjustable, I could get them to fit closer to my open ear and thus would not have to play the volume so loud in order to hear it.But overall, I'm glad to have them as they are a better solution for me than in-ear buds or over-the-ear headphone style. So REQUEST to SANAG engineers /product Designers : if you could provide a stiff yet flexible "ARM" so that these could be adjusted/bent tighter against a smaller/narrower head .. that would be a great improvement.

Failed after 3 days
I was really hoping that this one would work. I have been using it to work out in the high heat so I sweat a bit. For the first two days, it worked fine, but on the 3rd day, the right speaker died on me. Then, when I tried to charge it back up, thinking maybe it was a battery issue, the battery compartment started getting really hot. I turned it back on and the right ear was cracking with no sound coming out of it. Horrible quality. Sending them back to AmazonUPDATE: The seller has been harassing me constantly to delete this review. They don't want you to know how bad their product is. They have offered to "refund" me even though Amazon already has. If I could give the seller ZERO stars, I would.

It works for what I intended
For listening to music, the sound quality kinda sucks to be honest. No bass whatsoever. However, I dont really have anything to compare it to as I've never used this kind of head phone. Other than that, it works well for podcasts and audiobooks. It's also very comfortable and doesnt bother me when I go for a run.Update: I sweat a lot and I guess maybe it broke because of that. It was good while it lasted. I'm going to buy other ones though and see how they compare.

Awesome headphones
The sound on these headphones is so clear. It's so amazing listening to music while still having my ears clear so I can still hear what's going on around me. Whenever I listen to music for a long period of time or use a headset for meetings all day at work my ears hurt and ever since I started using these it's so much better. I'm not sure they actually vibrate because you can still hear the music even if they're not on your head but the sound quality is great and it's pretty loud. The battery is also pretty good for such compact headphones.
