Absolutely brilliant ironing board, with a great hanging system that's easy to install and use. Fits perfectly on the back of a door so it stays out the way when not in use, and is easy for me to put up and fold back down again without issues.

Ironing is not particularly my favorite thing to do, but I like this ironing board because it’s well made and light.

Buying this product was a very difficult decision because there were so many bad reviews. I had to make a decision between this Joseph Joseph Glide Plus Board or a Brabantia. I took a leap of faith and ordered Joseph Joseph knowing that it would be difficult to return, because I live in South Africa. But to my surprise the ironing board was very sturdy and not wobbly at all as so many customers complained. When I tried to fold it up I realized why so many customers complained. Before you close it completely, you need to change the height setting first and then it closes very easily. I also love the little latch that holds it in place, after you fold it up. The overall build quality and quality of construction is very good. I am totally baffled by some of the customer complaints that made me hesitant to buy this product. But I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will be some more Joseph Joseph ironing boards in the near future for other family members as gifts. Highly recommend. PS! A wobbly ironing board can easily be fixed by simply bending the legs so it is level. But in my case, my ironing board arrived in perfect order. Thank you Joseph Joseph for this amazing product.

After using the ironing board for a few weeks, I find it extremely difficult to fold, I press the blue button ok, then when I try to carry it it pops out as though I was putting it up, then difficult to close.Also I have noticed the irong board cover is attached to the rubber iron stand, how do I recover board, do I have to buy them with rubber attached, looks good but impractical.

I would like to highly recommend this Ironing board and the reasons are:1.This Ironing board is STABLE doesn’t swing and doesn’t move when you work with the iron2. This board is easy to fold, it has a little solid hook and keeps the board folded at all times. Folding is great, it takes so little space, easy to keep between the wardrobe and the wall.3. It has special heat resistant pad to rest the hot iron.4. This ironing board WORTHS every single penny.Stephanie

This board has genuinely enhanced my ironing experience! It bounced back the heat and steam so well that I can iron clothes at least 25% faster - no joke. The folding mechanism is a little awkward, especially when you need to adjust heights. But you soon get used to it. I just wish it were heavier so that is sank into the carpet a bit more and felt more stable. Being relatively light, it's got a little wobble in it. But otherwise, best ironing board I've ever used by a significant margin.

Light weight and compact. Comes with a hook so you can wall or door mount it. This alone was worth the money.

On receipt, and unpacking the item, we found that the plastic handle (per photo) had broken off. We also found that the board cover had been slightly ripped so we returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement arrived and this time we checked the handle before unpacking the item. The handle this time had been broken on one side and returned it once more. It looks and is no doubt a professional product which suffers from two items. i) the handle is proud of the board when closed and therefore will be subject to stress if items are placed on it whilst possibly being couried. ii) Plastic wrapping is insufficient and one of the reasons why point (i) occurs. Recommendation to the manufacturer, I would propose you package this in cardboard to alleviate any breakages/returns going forward because it is a good product.Finally, went with a Brabantia product in the end which is equal to the task, and appropriately packaged - cardboard.

Ses principales qualités sont: un plateau plat et agréable et un sytème de pliage excellent, un design harmonieux. Coté stabilité, c’est plutôt bon. Lorsqu’elle est au plus haut ( hauteur appréciable pour les plus utilisateurs les plus grands) elle est certes moins stable, mais toujours plus stable que les modèles classiques. Je n’ai pas de doute sur la solidité de la table. Je pense que cet achat sera rentable. Très satisfait de mon choix. 👍
