After using this product for 11 months, here are my thoughts:Pros- The sound quality is clear.- It performs well considering its price range.Cons- When I tried connecting the headset to my Mac mini, it didn't appear in the Bluetooth list. This seems to be an issue specific to this brand, as my Realme and Oppo enco headsets were detected by my Mac.- The touch controls may not function properly if your hands are wet or if you use them on rainy days.- Unfortunately, after 11 months of use, the headset stopped working. I contacted customer support and returned the product for servicing. However, I was charged the same price (Rs 1800) for the service, even though I had returned the product with no damages. The service team claimed there were damages, but I'm a bit skeptical about that.

In ear it is not comformatble and within 5-10 minutes statrts doing pain in ear. Design should be changed. My earphone's wire broke after 9 month

I bought this product after seeing the features and all.but it is not upto the range as it is shown in the features.Bought 15 days and hardly used it couple of times while traveling, now the touch option is not working properly.And coming to the sound, there is not much bass in the music. The clarity of the song is good but to the people who mainly focuses on bass in the song I think they won't like much. Now I don't have the option of exchange also and need to adjust with the same. Simply to say, jazz sound is more compared with the bass sound.
