Doraemon y el pequeño dinosaurio (Manga Kodomo)

This is a comic with a sleeve cover and all pages with colour pictures. Language is in Spanish for this version I bought, but is printed as the original Japanese, with the story reading backwards. All Japanese graphic novels are written the same, so you start the book at the last page and read the right page first from top to bottom, right to left pictures, then you continue to the left page. Check out the numeration at the footpage to ensure you are following the story in the right order. The book also includes a section to introduce characters and Doraemon inventions. Doraemon adventures are the perfect formula to introduce comics to young children. I read this to my 5 years old son, since still difficult for his age to follow the order of the vignettes and read the phrases with small letters arranged differently than a regular children book. But it was interesting for him to discover a new way to understand a story by following what is happening on the pictures.
