I go through a LOT of this size of canvas and usually end up buying the artists loft brand from Michaels. Compared to artists loft the weight of the actual canvas on these is noticeably less consistent in the weave and thinner but thickness may be due to having a thinner gesso primer. You can see the variation in threads when you hold it up to the light but the texture isn't as heavy as Artist loft canvases so I actually like that. They are tighter, also. The wood frame on these is not squared off in back, it is beveled towards the canvas. It seems this design will be better in that there's no squared off portion to leave lines if the canvas starts to sag, and the size is imprinted into the wood, but the wood seems a LOT lighter than the pine used for artists loft. I can't quite tell what the wood is, though. It may say in the description and I may have overlooked it.For the price and how fast they shipped (2 days for me)I will certainly keep these in mind for future orders.

I buy a lot of products, including art supplies from Amazon. I'm really terrible about leaving reviews. But I felt I needed to comment on these canvases. They are wonderful, sturdy professional and really easy to work with and paint on. Definitely worth your money.

These are the best quality canvas I've every purchase in 20 years. Having paid higher prices over the years for supposed "artist professional quality", I was delighted to find these sturdy, quality crafted canvas for a reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded.  Why do I keep receiving only 1 Canvas?? This is a replacement order, but AGAIN there is only 1 in the box. At this point I'm extremely irritated!!!!The canvas is very nice, but I want what I paid for.Update 6/2. The seller reached out to me and my replacement order will be arriving. I appreciate the great customer service. June 4th my replacement order arrived today as promised!! Thank you@They are very nice and I can't wait to paint on them. ❤❤😊

Advertised at a pack of three and only comes with one. The overall quality of the canvas is excellent. Highly durable and perfect for gallery presentation. Unfortunately the seller only sends one out for the price of three. When the issue was handled and a new order sent out, again only one was sent.

These are a wonderful value for the money. I like canvases with a good amount of texture, and these fit the bill! I do sand with fine sandpaper prior to painting...just a quick once over, which helps save my brushes from too much wear and tear. They were slightly loose on the frame, but a quick spritz of water on the reverse side before painting gets them tight as a drum! (Warm water works well if they are really loose). The wood frame is well constructed and appears to be very sturdy. They are meant to be a pack of 3, but I only received one as they were inadvertently separated at the warehouse. The seller was amazing and took care of the issue very quickly and efficiently! I would definitely purchase again in this size and other sizes as well!!!

Check your order carefully. These are generally well made and I have used them repeatedly. once in a great while you may find one that is out of square. I have to wet the stretcher and put weight on the bad spot overnight. Once my order was shorted but their great customer service made it right and I got a replacement shipment right away.

Can not paint on that.
