Appears to do the job, time will tell

The media could not be loaded.  The bottle was really good but only lasted a couple of weeks and the power button just died. I tested the water with ORP meter and it showed that the bottle really does a good job because was transforming from +300 to -350 which is healthy and good for your body. I wish it lasted but it didn't so will try another one

Well made product compared the others I have tried. The only downside so far is that it does leak when tilted.

The lid separated now 3 times it’s held in by a too thin layer of glue that is failing. The glass bottle connection to the base often fails with water leaking out over your clothes … the system is good but the product manufacture is very poor .. what a shame as it’s expensive

Bought this product based on consistent reviews on multiple sites. Shipped fast and was as described. Had a small issue after a few months which the supplier resolved very promptly. The product works well and after consistently using it for a few months I noticed increased recovery and hydration levels. Very happy with this purchase.

It worked but never the amount of bubbles you see in promo video's. The on/off switch was sticky and got stuck on occasions. Also in lower bottom chamber where pipe is there appeared like a burn area (black) which was getting larger and further discolouration. Shouldn't be like that. Good delivery and good returns.

I purchased the N.P. Hydrogen Water Generator, because I have had a small growth like tumor on my collarbone for 12 years and it was growing. I was afraid it was cancerous. I did research and learned that my body will heal if it becomes alkaline. Several months ago I started to juice fast and eat a raw vegan diet. My research also came upon hydrogen water as a way to alkalize the body, so I found the N.P. Hydrogen Generator portable water bottle. For a couple of weeks I have been drinking 1/2 gallon of the hydrogen water and 1/2 gallon of celery and leafy green juice. So far the growth has decreased by 1/2. Whether the result is due to the placebo effect or the juice fast and diet change or the hydrogen water, or all of the above don't know. All I can say is I am grateful for the phenomenal results so far. The directions for use of the water bottle needs work; however, there is only one button, so it is pretty self explainatory.Thank you,Suzy

Item arrived as described. The directions are lacking. For example it came with an inhaler but no direction on how to use the inhaler. I read all the directions and used it. I assume it processed the water as expected but when I used it the first time I had the lid on. The next day as I was looking at the bottle I noticed a small sticker, assuming it was just a "made in ______" sticker, I read it and the sticker said "do not generate with the top on it may break the glass" This was not stated in the paper directions. Also the directions there was some wording that didn't make sense with what it was talking about. So now I"m second guessing the product as a whole. If the company cannot fully make out a direction pamphlet correctly with all the important information, how well made is the product. It would seem rather important to me that it would be in the directions somewhere "DO NOT GENERATE WITH LID ON" But nope, put it on a tiny sticker on the back of the bottle?? Also send an inhaler but no direction on how to properly use the inhaler??

This is the first hydrogen generator I've ever had the pleasure of purchasing. Ready out of the box and I must say the packaging was a high class surprise down to the gold presentation cloth, strong glossy embossed box with two heavy rope handles. The product it was protecting was no less of a disappointment. High quality glass and metals used and is ready to go right out of the box. The picture advertising this product didn't do it justice but what I received is handsome, operation is great. The instructional pamphlet could be translated a little better (minor grammar) but that is the only thing I would mention as everything else is perfect.

I gave a bad review when first used . So straight out of the box I didn't see a lot of bubbles like the other brands. But after a day of use it's working much better. The instructions are poor at best but I will keep the device .
