very good tool , Gives you all the info you need to figure out problems with your vehicle .
easy to setup, easy to use , gives alot of info on any issues with the vehicle and gives you enough info to almost pinpoint what is your actual problem.

Little trickier on older vehicles
Good unit works very nicely on newer vehicles. Older ones need a little more work to use

Disappointed overall- product and service
I purchased this particular model because in the features and details description, it stated it could do suspension calibration. But when i tried to do it on our our car, it couldn't do it. I contacted customer service and I ask them to send me the list of Mercedes models that the fx9000 can reset and calibrate. Gl 350 2012 or x164 was included on that list. We went back and forth with email trying to work things out. I provided pictures and a video only to be told in the end that Amazon has a 30 day money back guarantee. Now the problem is, the 30 days policy expired because we trying to sort things out through email with no satisfactory response. I even ask them to just send me the upgraded program just for the car model that I have no response from ANCEL.If I had known this could not fix my problem, I would've bought a different model. But I thought the high price was worth it if it could fix the problem. I'm disappointed in the service we received from Ancel.
