One of the hooks broke the first time we used it to hang it on the tree, how do you go about getting more hooks or will they send more?

I didn’t use the hooks that came with the board. I screwed 2 1/2” deck screws through the chain hanger into my pressure treated wood support. I put each screw through a wide fender washer before placing into chain for more secure hold.

How long does the wood hold to being hit by axes?  Can you replace a section?

The wood target has held up reasonably well. How long it lasts depends on how many impacts are made. Mine is about 10 months old but only has approximately 150 impacts and has more life in it.  I would replace all boards at same time when needed.
