I purchased these for our pitboss smoker. They worked great for a little while. I think the could gets kinked pretty easy and after being kinked up a few to many times they stopped working. I went back to the probes direct from pittboss

Works as advertised. Use these when I’m doing a Turkey or Brisket in particular and has been very reliable.

I ordered this and a new controller to fix the issue with a bad temp reading. I opted to install this first to see if it fixed the problem and it did. Install was simple and straightforward and everything lined up. The connector was better than oem which was two independent connectors where this one is keyed and similar to a PC fan connector. It's been several months now and this is still working.

Worked perfectly for my Pit Boss Austin XL and fixed the temperature error I was having.

My first one failed after a couple of times at 450 and I reached their customer service via DM and I got a replacement part sent to me. The second one is working fine.

This product is exactly the same as the probe that came with my Smoker/Grill. Works great
