Setting up a new home office and wanted something to start us off. Never had to buy office equipment before but the reviews and details on this chair seemed good so gave it a go. Really happy with the product. Parts came all individually wrapped and all good quality. Went together easy and instructions easy to follow. Very comfortable chair and like the fact that the armrests go up and down and that it is not a bucket seat (sometimes I sit on my foot and shaped and bucket style chairs do not allow this. This was the 2nd chair of the same type that I bought as I was so happy and surprised with the quality for the reasonable price I paid.

The chair was easy enough the put togetherbut had a bolt which was bent in half andcould not be used for the back support, soI now have to wait 3 days for a bolt tocomplete the build. Obviously a qualitycontrol issue.

I bought this chair because our old one was about 20 years and it was time for a replacement.There was an amazing saving offer on Amazon, so used that and ordered this despite seeing a few not so good reviews, and the chair arrived within 48 hours.Let me start by saying that the instructions are awful - not sure how anyone can follow them, but at least the arms were labelled left and right, the base had a sign pointing to the front, and the raising mechanism also had a sign, so it was relatively straightforward to get them on in the right order as a result.The chair came totally in parts - everything from the arms, to the base needed constructing and fixing, and it took a good 30 minutes even using a cordless screwdriver, but despite my concerns that there would be part missing (mentioned by other reviewers), everything was in the box, and I was able to put it together.The chair is excellent - it's base is steady and made from metal, it has a lift mechanism, it has back support (not adjustable), and the seat is comfortable - all in all, an excellent office chair and delighted with it.

I actually found it very easy to assemble in less than half an hour and it's very comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the arms height isn't adjustable but for the price I paid its good, solid and works well.

I had high hopes when I opened the box.it has a metal base,unlike the majority of its competitors at this price point.The arms felt heavy and well made.It took around 30 mins to assemble for one person.Ive bought several chairs over the past month, so can fairly compare them. All gave little issues so far,but this is by far the worst.Gas cylinder is faulty at first use.When you sit on the seat, it drops several inches.Seat depth is also very short,as are the arms. I'm tall (6ft) but the seat only holds just over half my leg.Seat creaks loudly when tilting back.User well within weight limit for the chair.Returned after 1 sitting.

The chair itself is not too bad. Certainly not the best made, but not bad.The problem came in terms of assembly. The chair was missing half of the bolts needed to put it together. Whilst the customer support were engaged, they were useless. The time and effort it was taking to simply get a few cheap bolts sent out was ridiculous. I resorted to ordering them from eBay for £6 in the end.Given that the chair is retailing at £120, making customers jump through multiple hurdles and numerous emails for parts that probably only cost them ~£2 seems foolish.Buy at you own peril - you may be lucky, you may not. Imagine if a major part was missing!
