Line works well but not as sturdy as I expected.
The lives arrived quickly and was easy to take out the box and setup. Multiple of the lines wire where lose and needed to be untied and redone as they hung very slack.The main frame of the line is not as sturdy as expected and the line moves around alot. I do not class as heavy duty. I will be interest to see how well it lasts.The line is easy to put up and down, and folds away easily.

Faulty Goods
Impossible to put up. Reported as faulty goods but supplier never got in touch with me. Fotunately Amazom refunded the cost so very happy with them.

Not heavy duty, poor design
I bought a 'heavy duty' airer, as we are prone to gusty weather being a few miles in from the sea. I was initially worried when I received this one, as the catch which clicks in place to keep the airer unfolded was not easy to engage and slipped down several times. However, when this was finally engaged (with a strong push and an audible 'click') it did stay put. The main problem is that - unlike many other heavy duty airers - the main pole is delivered in two sections and this provides a point of weakness in stronger winds or when gusts come by. After very little use, the pole sheared at the join and the airer bent. When I tried to separate the two parts of the pole, the join broke. Customer services refused a refund/replacement saying 'as you know with could anything happens if you do not protect items in strong winds'. Fair enough, except I would have classed the wind as moderate and perfectly reasonable for drying clothes! So, buyer beware.

Had to restring it to get it to stay up!
On arrival the line was unable to be used due to it being strung too tightly to allow it to pass over the stop. 4 adults tried to push it past but we concluded that it had been strung too tightly. We had to restring it more loosely to be able to use it.
