Consumer Economics: Issues and Behaviors 3rd Edition

I ordered this for a college class. It was as described and received timely.

Very helpful book for my class, and it is in great condition!

As promised

I was charged for three ensure back after returning it because it was damaged. I didn't damage it so I feel that isn't right in the least! I will not be using you all again! I only selected 1 star because I had to make a selection.

I am using this textbook for a 300-level Family & Consumer Economics course at a major university. Because of a last minute hiring decision, I simply adopted the same textbook as previous instructors. Whereas this offers a very general overview of topics, there is little depth.In addition, the information is not current. The recommendation to complain about a product? Write a letter!!! I can't remember the last night I wrote a letter versus going on the company's website to submit a comment or complaint.In addition, other narratives and information is at least 20 years old. Very disappointed - as well as my students are not finding this expensive resource relevant beyond this semester. I will be looking for a new resource next semester.
