Fiber supplements are great because most of us could probably use more fiber in our diets. However, not all fiber supplements are pleasant. There are capsules and chewable tablets and gummies and powders mixed in a drink…I think most of us can agree that eating something that looks and tastes like candy is a more enjoyable way to add fiber than drinking some sludge. However, there’s only so much fiber you can pack into a gummy or any sort of pill. A powder mixed into a drink is generally a more cost-efficient way to get that extra fiber.For these, each gummy only has about 1.5g of fiber (1.5 – 2g per gummy seem to be typical, so you can definitely do better than this one), and there are 60 gummies, so you’re definitely paying for that pleasantness.Anyway, these taste good, and I do a little of this and a little of the sludge, and I’m doing all right with that. These taste good and are soft, and I haven’t had any ill effects from consuming them. Granted, I just take one a day in addition to other stuff as opposed to taking the recommend 2.

Cracked open this bottle this morning for myself and the kiddos. We take fiber gummies daily, it is really hard to get to the USDA RDA of 25 grams per day without it, we average round 19 grams a day on our own. I use gummies for the kids, but also for me for a little something sweet each day, helps keep me away from bigger badder sweet treats during the day. These gummies are tasty, and they have natural colors and flavors which is a must in our household. So a couple of things though. First they are not as pictured. The photo shows sugar coated gummies that include the color green and these are not shaped or colored or coated like in the photo. Not a big deal, doesn't matter to me, but just wanted to make sure customers knew. See the photo I uploaded. But really the main thing with these is that the usual few brands we stick to for fiber gummies all have 4 grams of fiber per two gummy serving, and these Intego only have 3 grams. For me every little bit counts and I would prefer 4 grams, but these are an okay value if you are okay with 3 grams.

The mouth of the bottle was sealed for further protection. It has a simple, blue & white label. My bottle was in bad shape so it is difficult to read much of it. Based on images from the website, it does contain all the information and warnings needed and is understandable altho’ there are a lot of symbols.All things considered, good price and eating experience for low fiber needs✨
