I was skeptical at first, but this is an authentic Staub item that comes in the manufacturer’s packaging with a manual. I’m ordering another one right away to make a set!

殻付きエスカルゴに使用しようと購入。、、、サイズが合いませんでした。・・・全く。エスカルゴの25%程しか入らないかと。入れるといった表現より、ただ凹みに乗せただけな感じに。殻付きではないエスカルゴ用と思って御検討下さい。
