Well I got this product in March and put it up about a week later. The instructions were not so clear so I pulled up on Youtube how to assemble it. Got it all together and put all my shoes in it and 1 am May 6th it came tumbling down. Every pair of shoes I had in it. Tried two days later to put it back together again.installed one tower..inserted shoes and again it failed the assignment..tried return it but of course its not eligible for return or refund now. If it could have lasted it would have been perfect..now I have to find something to put my shoes in..very disappointed.

I wasn't sure about buying this shoe organizer at first but I am glad I did!! It saved me so much space and it is easy to assemble... It took my husband and I about an hour to put it together... As we were putting it together it didn't seem like it was going to be sturdy but once we were done with the whole thing we were surpised that it is pretty sturdy! The panels are plastic but they are pretty strong to hold man shoes and boots. We even had some extra pieces in case something breaks we can replace them. Loved the hooks on the side to hang necklaces or anything! Overall will definitely recommend this to anyone!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm not sure how other reviewers were pleased with this shoe rack.It was a nightmare to assemble, it took me several hours and couldnt get the pieces to click together and stay. As soon as one piece would click together another piece would click out of place. I even tried gorilla glue to hold it together.I finally got it to a point where I thought it was steady and would be able to use it. I put my shoes in it and it’s last a couple of months. Today it finally gave out and crashed to the floor, dumping all my shoes in the floor.I really hate giving bad reviews, but this is the shoe rack from hell. I wish that I could send it back for a refund but that's just more hassle than it’s worth at this point. So now I'm going to have to spend good money after bad to get my shoes off the floor.

I was skeptical by the material and the reviews saying it collapsed after a few days. I think that is because it was not assembled correctly. After putting the pieces I went row by row making pressure from outside and I could hear the connectors clicking. It was very sturdy after assembled.The only reason I give a 4 is because the box ripped so some pieces were missing the coating and 2 pieces were damaged. I am asking for replacement of these 2 pieces and if everything goes well I will give it a five star for sure.Love the flexibility of having the divisor or not, you can add the door or not, you can build in different dimensions… I mean it can’t get better than that.

The organizer is easy to set up , however it takes some time to put the entire unit together. Id recommend looking at a quick film and having someone help, due to the time it takes. However once it's put together, all shoes are hidden behind the defused colored door. The organizer is very durable and can hold heavy work boots, Ugg's and other heavy shoes. Its also high enough to have my 3-inch heels.

Waste of money and time. Took forever to put together and still missing pieces. Quality is not great. Buy something else.

At the suggestion of a friend I decided to purchase the shoe organizer and I'm glad I did. It freed up some space and helped me to better organize my shoes. I wear a size women's size 11 and the shoes fit no problem even some heels. For the taller shoes I laid them flat as they are in the shoe boxes when you purchase them in the store. My only complaint is I wish it was a little cheaper.

This product is amazing. I first didn’t finish assembling the whole thing because I was missing some parts but I contacted the seller and their response was prompt, above and beyond. They shipped the package in no time and I was able to complete assembly. I highly recommend their products and customer service.Thank you very much!!!
