Outstanding. Very wonderfully surprised by the durability and ruggedness, yet aesthetically its beautiful at the same time. Many full-leather bags were simply out of reach financially, but for my wife and I, who adventure quite a lot...this was the perfect fit for all our gear and even overnight provisions. Bought one for her the very day mine was delivered. While I hope to never need to purchase a replacement, one day when I give to my sons, I will need you to still make these for me to buy again!

I got this bag with the intention of traveling overseas on a one week trip. I couldn't even fit my hand in the side compartments, and the one in between them was VERY slim. You could fit a couple of floppy disks in there maybe. It seems like this bag is more for show, less for practical use, and all for someone under 5 feet tall. I wanted to just ignore all that because I wanted a leather bag, but even the main compartment is tiny. It advertises that you can put a laptop in here, if you have a bigger laptop than 17", forget it. That laptop would also take up half the space. How would a student even use this bag? Does this student only have 2 classes? I'm returning it ASAP.

This is a beautiful backpack. The shading and nap of the fabric makes it attractive enough to use as a purse, a work backpack or while hiking. It's roomy, spacious and the waxed fabric is practical too. The straps are sturdy, well-made and easy to use. There are many options inside for storage and lots of room to carry needed items too. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, it's perfect!

So I purchased this backpack a while back and waited to review until Ive used it a bit..The bag is truly awesome.. It is well made, the straps are in good shape, the leather is good quality and the bags threading, straps and seams were all on point durability wise.I would HIGHLY Recommend you giving this bag a try.. I can honestly say that you wouldn't be disappointed in the make and quality..The bag was as described and as listed. I purchased it after reviewing other buyers photos and reviews and Im glad I jumped on it, because its one hell of a bag! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pros:The bags seams and threading was very well done and tug tests and all the roughness I've thrown at it since purchasing has had no effect on the materials.The bags leather was very nice and natural stained. No bleeding as of yet and I have not experienced any rub marks on my clothing from this bag.The shoulder straps, compartment tie straps, and buckle straps seem to be all made up of good materials and have held up well. The magnetic portion of the strap does snap on secure enough that you have to pull it open, so its not just hanging and slinging around everywhere.SPACE... This bag has a TON of space. I thought it would be small based off the photos, but it has several smaller compartments on-top of a big main compartment with a laptop pouch. I was actually happy with the size, as it can fit a ton of items with no issues.Cons:None as of 6/10/2020 - Will Update ------------------------------------------------July 2020 - this bag is beyond great! Has held up great to some of my daily torture.. I even bought a similar lookikg duffle bag to go with it. Well worth the buy!!!

Absolutely love this bag. The rugged vintage look is beautifully done, it's a looker. The leather quality is really excellent as well as the brass buckles. The canvas material and base has great structure and rigidity. And one of my favorite things, it doesn't just look good....it is COMFORTABLE! I put all my camping gear in this thing, attached some carabiners to the belt buckles and the main pull string at the top, and with all the weight, the straps are just so comfortable and easier on the shoulders - wide and soft. The weight of everything is very central to the body too being quite vertically deep which helps with the pull on the straps. I've tried multiple other backpacks and nothing has come close to the comfort of this.I've leather conditioned all the leather bits to make this last as long as possible, and will take good care of such a beautiful bag and see how well it stands up on multiple camping trips. So happy with this purchase!
