These multi-vitamins are really the best - I researched a lot before I selected these primarily for the following reasons, - Don't have a lot of the harmful additives found in other name brands - Seemed to be more potent and better in terms of absorption. I validated some of these by getting my B-12 levels checked after consuming them for 2-3 months. They were very healthy. - Taste is great, and I can chew them like candy - The mix of vitamins was the optimal for what I was looking for

Tastes good and easy to chew
I really like these gummy vitamins. I can’t take regular chewable powdery vitamins because they give me an upset stomach but these chewy vitamins are easy to digest without any problems. As a bonus, they taste good.
