Fox Run Mini Cheesecake Pan with Removable Bottoms, Non-Stick, 10.5 x 14 x 1....

Great product which increases the variety of small bite desserts that I can make. They are the perfect size and push up right out of the pan, for a wonderful presentation due to the removable bottom pan layers! I have another pan of similar design from Chicago Metallic but it is no longer available so this manufacturer has duplicated the design in a non-stick product that works great.

I was looking for a pan that would leave me cheesecake with nice edges. This pan works perfect. The cheesecakes slide out nicely leaving the edges smooth. I don’t know if there is an easier way to slide out. I use my fingers to lift the bottom.

I love the quality and durability of this pan. It has really nice and even heat distribution. It resist scratching and clean up is easy. I have a few of these, as I am a professional cheesecake baker.

Used for holiday potluck. Worked great; not sure if I would Use again as I don’t eat desserts., would have been better to rent

I was amazed how well this pan worked. Made some mini cheesecakes and they were easily removed by a simple push from the bottom of the pan ( hole cover). Nothing stuck to the pan and no oil or spray was used. Great pan.

Really like it. Would have loved manufactures recipes and oven temps suggestions. Very sturdy construction.

I love this brand! I've purchased Fox Run bakeware before, and the quality has always been outstanding. This mini cheesecake pan is fantastic. The removable bottoms make it easy to release individual cheesecakes with perfect results every time. It's my go-to pan whenever I want to impress family and friends with homemade no bake cheesecakes. The pan is sturdy, durable, and easy to clean and absolutely worth every penny!

Have only made a chilled cheesecake that required freezing overnight. Removed from freezer and placed in fridge to partially thaw for 10 minutes and they pushed out very easily. I hand washed the pan because sometimes rust can occur when pans are placed in the dishwasher. The depth of each cup is just slightly more than 1.5" deep. LOVE the pan but only gave it a 4 out of 5 because I wished it was closer to 2" deep. Otherwise, it is an ideal portion size following a meal. Would definitely recommend.

I bought 2 of these Fox Run mini cheesecake pans a few years ago (when they cost a whole lot less than they do now). Originally, I bought another pan from Amazon and while it worked fine, the inside edges of each "cavity" were so sharp that I had to be really careful when washing the thing. No so with these from Fox Run. They really are perfect and yield the most "expert" looking (and I'm no expert) little gems of cheesecakes.

We've used this product a couple of times now. I don't think you would be limited to just cheesecakes in this thing. We loved using it for little muffins as well. The bottoms are easy to use- also easy to lose. You're going to want to make sure you keep all the little pieces together. You also probably would want to store it flat, to prevent the bottoms getting lost. Overall, this product seems pretty well made. We've used it a handful of times, and it hasn't warped in the oven yet.
