I'm very disappointed with this company's overall marketing to make a profit off of unsuspecting consumers. The adjustable base stopped working after 6 months and the company refuses to honor the warranty. I assumed when the website advertisted a 20 Year Manufacturer Warranty that would also include a 1 year parts and labor warranty. DO NOT waste your money purchasing any of the Reverie Products!I have owned the Reverie 8Q Split King Adjustable bed for six months and both motors are no longer functional. The service representative informed me the electrical issue with my adjustable base is not covered by the Reverie 20 year Limited Warranty, which only covers manufacturing defects and is based upon the age of the base (Not Electrical Parts). The representative quoted me a price of $400 per unit with a $200 technician fee to replace both units in the base; the supervisor confirmed the same price as well. However, I receive an email from the supervisor for double the original quote and the denouncement/removal of any and all company liability for the replacement parts. The quote was $150 less than the purchase price of a brand new adjustable bed from Reverie! This is a classic act of bait and switch.No, I'll not be purchasing a replacement "Reverie 8Q Technology “Package Deal” Overhaul Kit" from Reverie for the "Discounted" price of $1838.Yes, I'll do my due diligence and find another company to purchase a replacement adjustable bed from that truly believe in providing true quality customer service who stands behind their product.In the mean time I'll also ensure I post this negative review to all social media venues to bring awareness to all unsuspecting consumers that are considering purchasing your product. Buyer beware!

I rarely provide reviews, but since this one is possibly life-changing thought it might help others to make a good decision. 11 years ago a neuro-surgeon diagnosed me with 2 herniated disks between L2-L3 and L3-L4 and bulging disks between L4-L5 and L5-S1. The doctor told me it would take 2 to 3 surgeries to repair and that it could do more harm than good. Basically he told me to get use to pain. Since that time I've not been able to sleep in a conventional bed in a flat position. If I do sleep flat I end up not being able to walk after a few days so for the past 10 years I have been sleeping in a pillow system from Contour Living which is a series of 3 pillows that zip together to form a zero gravity sleep position. While this has been a great alternative for me I have grown tired not being able to move at night or change my position to adjust the comfort. So recently my wife and I decided that we should invest in an adjustable bed with a memory foam mattress. I did a lot of research and cost shopping and was amazed when I found the Reverie 8q and Dynasty Mattress on Amazon. We went to several brick and mortar furniture places to compare pricing and were shocked. The closest match we could find in store was a frame that cost $7K with a split king mattress set which was another $5k. While I want to be comfortable I couldn't see going from a $250 pillow system to a $12k bed. So, we decided that we'd roll the dice and give this a try. The mattresses arrived a few days prior to the delivery of the frame and they were in two separate boxes that I was easily able to move. The guys that setup the bed told me that it was their first day with the delivery service and they had never done this before. That caused some anxiety, but after 2 hours of fumbling it was all together and ready to go. We had purchased king headboard in advance and had the installers put the headboard brackets on so all we had to do is attach it. I had cut the mattresses open 8 hours prior to the delivery so they were ready to be put on the bed and my wife and I were able to easily do that. Btw...we are 54 and 55 and had no trouble moving them around. There was a slight smell for the first day, but as of this writing 4 days later there is no perceptible smell from the mattresses. I really didn't notice anything after the first day. The mattresses are firm but do conform to your body, I like the firmness but want to see how they feel in a month since others say that the consistency just gets better over time. The adjustments on the bed are very precise and there is very little noise when it is moving. The Bluetooth app on my phone works great and I'm able to have settings like "Sleep, TV, Coffee, Massage etc...I sleep at a 48 degree angle with the legs raised to 86 and my wife sleeps on a 20 degree angle to help with her cute snoring. Since getting the bed 4 days ago I have slept all through the night without waking, prior to having it I would wake up countless times during the night. As you can imagine, not having slept through a full night in 10 years, my energy is greatly diminished. After two nights of sleep I did notice an elevation in my daily energy level. I have zero pain in my lower back and feel much better right out of bed, whereas before it would take about an hour for my back to loosen up. For me this is a life-changing purchase and I'm very pleased with both the cost and the quality of the product. Whether you have medical issues, are sleep challenged, or just want a great night sleep; feel confident in the fact that this product it is of high quality and performs exactly as advertised. Feel confident in your decision and buy this product.

The mattress was delivered to our door several days later than was scheduled, the delivery company had the nerve to say I had rescheduled. That was a lie! We received the mattress and mechanism in three boxes. We opened the boxes containing the mattress and it immediately started to expand, we did not sleep on it for the 72 hours as they recommend. I had just had shoulder surgery and was not much help, my husband has an illness so neither of us were 100%. We dismantled our old bed and removed it from the house and proceeded to assemble the bottom mechanism with some help from our daughter. The mechanism is pretty much assembled so we just had to cut some zip ties used for shipping, screw on the legs, plug in the electrical supply, an flip them right side up. We ordered a split king and set them up with our existing headboard. We put the mattresses on top and we're done with setting the bed up. It took less than a morning to accomplish the bed replacement. That was 2 people with limited physical abilities and one young lady. I love the beds adjustment with the surgery, much better than sleeping in a recliner. The mattress are medium to firm. I have no complaints but I have ordered a memory foam mattress topper for my husband's side since he thought they were too firm for his back issues. Would I buy this bed again? After just 2 weeks my answer would be definitely!

What can I say, but so far we love them. We do not have any adjustable bases to compare to, but the motors sound quiet to me. The massagers are just vibrators so I can't dig it for that since I'm not sure that's how they all are. I have had many Memory mattresses, and toppers, and it's at least as good as any mattress we have ever had. The lifting of the feet, and head is so great, and the USB connectors, and extra 3 Prong Outlet plugs in the back of the Remote Charger Bases is a REAL+.
