One of the magnetic pins has fallen out within a few weeks of use, renders the product useless. Would like to know what the seller will do to remedy this?

I was pleased to receive the Cover for my IPad but was a little disappointed in the quality. The plastic holder for the pencil was very thin and I wasn’t pleased where it was positioned. If the pencil is not in place it gets in the way sometimes. Also the magnet doesn’t always hold the iPad in place and it slides off the keyboard holder sometimes.

Ajusta bien en iPad Air 10.9” pero no ajusta bien con el Magic Keyboard. No cierra bien y queda un poco abierta. Tuve que regresarla por miedo a dañar el keyboard a largo plazo; ya que este equipo es mucho más costoso que esta carcasa.

Es un "MUST" para el ipad air 4 si la usas con el magic keyboard, cierra perfecto y le da una protección adicional a tu ipad y al lápiz.
