Awful product pump failed after 1 day customer service is diabolical do not buy from bestaway look for other spa manufacturers if you have a problem they will tell you it’s not covered because you have done something wrong!

Annoyingly noisy.
Neighbour recently acquired one of these spas, it makes a continuous annoying hum. It is a real pain, as can no longer sit in our garden without hearing it.
