Do not buy
I should’ve read the reviews. I did read them after I ordered that it was a little bit too late. I thought that it couldn’t be that bad but yes it was. I ended up cutting the cord that the pom-poms were on and I’m going to have to restring them. I will try to read the reviews much better next time. It would be a simple fix to wrap the pom-pom string around a piece of cardboard to help try and keep them untangled.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. As so many people mentioned, the balls came in a giant knot & I spent at least 2 hours untangling it during meeting at work. My coworkers even tried with no success. When I finally untangled the balls, I felt like I had run a marathon. These balls better last forever after all that work!

Not packaged well
Super cute, but the Pom Pom garland was a tangled mess when it arrived. I untangled one strand and waited a couple months before untangling the other because it was so frustrating. I would recommend the seller wrap them around a piece of cardstock or cardboard to prevent this from happening.

Cute but deceiving
First, the Pom Pom garlands are adorable. However, they come in QUITE a knot that you have to get rid of and have a tendency to continue to tangle as you work it out. The most disappointing thing was that the tassel garland is MUCH smaller than advertised. It’s 36” but about 1/2 of that is literally just the string on each end. Very disappointed in the tassel garland. Overall, it was a good price for 3 garlands.

Tassel Garland Misadvertised
The Pom Pom garland was cute. Mine did not come tangled that bad, thankfully. They do tangle easily. It would be an easier fix if they would package it better wrapped around cardboard piece or something to prevent a tangled mess. I was most upset about the tassel garland. I bought it mainly for my daughters 1st birthday for her highchair during her smash cake. It is so short it is maybe about a foot long of actual garland the rest is string! 36" is most definitely incorrect advertising, I was at least expecting it to wrap around her highchair table...it did not even cover the entire front. How disappointing!
