I love this purse. I bought it from a department store a couple years back and needed to replace it so I found it on amazon and bought it. The amazon purchased purse looks identical. My only problem with it, which happens to be an extremely large problem, is that the zippers do not work. They are junk. It’s pretty important to have working zippers on a purse. I didn’t return the item, I still have it. I thought the zippers just needed to be used a little but they never wound up working. Oh well. Didn’t waste too much money on it I guess.

The size and compartments are amazing! It's big enough to fit a phone and quite a few extras, and has held up quite well to consistent use. The included inner-wallet can hold a few cards securely, and stays in place when strapped in.However, it isn't quite a dream come true. The price is fine, but the zippers tend to get stuck and refuse to shut or open frequently. It requires quite a bit of fiddling occasionally, and the timing is inconvenient when you want to pay someone at a register. Additionally, the strap included is very long. I'm by no means tall (4'9"), but I imagine on shorter individuals it could be an issue as well. To fix this problem, I removed the included strap and replaced it with another to lessen the length.Other than that, a great and useful buy that is both cute and sturdy.

This is a really disappointing purse. The purse itself looks really cheap and the leather looks kind of worn out or something.The little waller does not look as described, like the front is missing or something. (See pic)I just returned it today, only to find out that they subtracted $10 for return shipping.So in summary, I got a defective product and had to pay $10 to get rid of it. Smh!

I have not worn another purse since this came in the mail.. i would prefer is the strap was adjustable, it did take a little longer to get use to how low it sat because i am so short. Also, i actually left the little plastic piece that attaches the wallet to the purse for security reasons and i still use it everyday with no problems and it gives me piece of mind! I've had this for a month or two now and i completely love it! (fits my phone, keys, money, cards, lipstick, perfume, and other nonsense!)

Perfect size for people like me who only carry the essentials like money, credit cards, a pen and other very small items. A cash/credit card holder is included in the front pocket. Placing this inside the purse leaves the perfect place to store my phone. The pocket has a snap closure and is very easily accessible. My phone is on the larger side, HTC One M10, and there is plenty of room.

I love it, I was looking for a small purse for my mother since she is not a big fan of huge purses and she loved it just as much as I did. It's very practical, you can take it anywhere if you don't have to carry many stuff definitely recommend.

Fits my note 8, chapstick, keys and handkerchief perfectly (not much room to spare). I bought to use at Disneyworld, holds the essentials yet compact enough to take on roller coasters. I love how the crossbody strap is removable. I took a cognac colored strap off another bag to give it some contrast. I am not a fan of the bag texture though. Far more textured than I thought.
