Great Authentic Replacement
I purchased this as a replacement for the Samsung laser printer and I did not want to go thru any compatibility issues with the toner so I decided to get the authentic Samsung toner cartridge. the install was easy and the quality of the toner is great. I have no issues since installing it. I definitely recommend it. Buy cheap and get cheap service, stick with the authentic product!

Samsung anti-customer, Pro-wastage
Received wrong size; out of town, so simply inspected 2 weeks past "return period", and despite being unopened, wishing only for exchange to correct size, pleading case by phone 2x and email 2x, NO ALLOWANCE FOR EXCHANGE.Even offered zero $ returns, just a return postage-Paid package, to avoid wastage of perfectly good cartridges, trying to be decent to ecology, but NO was all I got from Samsung.OK, I'll forever try to avoid Samsung from now on.

Different from the descriptions, no wifi print work
WiFi print never worked. Can print with USB cable, when it feels like it.
