Easy to use,good value product to increase bird health safety.

Nothing's died, so I assume it's doing the trick, although in the heat I'm changing water daily anyway as it doesn't stop it going cloudy with any droppings in there. I have noticed that more birds seem to be drinking from my bird bath, but again that could just be the heat. The dosage system is easy to use, though, and I think the birds do actually prefer it over plain tap water. I'll keep using it.

I was worried that the garden birds wouldn't like this as they tend to be very fussy, but if anything they seem to enjoy it more than usual water and keep coming back for more! As we purchased this as more of a preventative due to having lots of birds in the garden, it's very difficult to tell whether it works or not without testing samples of the water. However, I think anything we can do to improve the health of the birds is definitely worth it, and it will be interesting to see whether more fledglings survive this year.

This is a difficult one to review as you can’t ask the birds what they think but if I think I’m doing something to protect them then it’s all good. I use this weekly in my bird fountain and the birds don’t appear to be put off by this new additive at all, it’s easy to add and it also seems to help stop the build up of algae in the water.

Watch out for bird diseases - we lost 50+ finches this summer from throat parasites. Not sure if this stuff will reduce the numbers but anything is better than seeing these poor creatures dying around you.
