2E's are Great Boots for Wide Feet!
My 2E's are Great boots for wide feet. My right foot is slightly wider than my left foot and I struggle with finding a boot wide enough to fit comfortably. I have to wear New Balance sneakers. I tried Vasque St. Elias, but they weren't wide enough. Thank Amazon for their Return Policy!. I moved up to these Kenetreks because my Elk Hunting buddy has wide feet and raved about his. He was spot on. They are a little stiff, but about a 5 mile hike got them loosened up real good. They are SO COMFORTABLE OUT OF THE BOX! And even better now. They will be going on the Wyoming Elk Hunt this year. Will Update this review then. Great boot So Far. If you have wide feet try these. The fit was spot on for me and I have trouble finding the right shoes. The arch support is the best I have found in a boot.UPDATE: Did some day thinking ( about 5 miles ) and these boots are so sure footed! The tread pattern is very sticky. Also the break in is minimal. They stay a little stiffer than what I accustomed but stay totally comfortable. NO BLISTERS! Awesome, Awesome so far. Will Update when I do an overnighter.

great boots
These boots provide lots of support. They are very stiff and will require some break in. Quality and durability are very good. I expect they will last a long time.

A Great Hunting Experience starts with Great Boots.
If you hunt or play hard, the most terrible mistake you will make is buying cheap boots. The old saying goes, you pay for what you get is very true with footwear. Both my son and I have sent the money for a great pair of Kenetreks and have loved them. My son almost wore a pair of boots out in a year trying to find his trophy bull elk. He did end his hunt with a beautiful Utah bull elk. He was at times in the boots 20 hours.A successful hunt or play time can only be as good as your feet. I hunted in my last year and had no sore spots or problems with the boots. I highly recommend you save your money and buy the best. I also like the attitude of the company and their employees when you call for advice. They are very concerned about you ability to play hard with their products. They gave me the best advice I have had in 20 years when I set down at their booth in Salt Lake City. I feet hurt so bad in my Red Wings that my small toenail would go dead and come off. That did not happen with these boots. They fit. I purchased the light weight boots and they are great at a little over 3 lbs. Thanks guys for the great advice.

Awesome boots
We’ll see how they hold up after a year of tree work

Simply, WOW!
Finally, a boot that fits properly at size 10 or Euro 43. I have gotten many size 9.5D that fit too tight; or 10E that fit too big; and some 10EE that fit almost perfect. This boot from Kennetrek fits like a glove, and has room for an expanding foot after many hours of wear. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This "Hardscrabble" hiking boot is well built, with excellent materials, and highly stiff for walking over rocks, rough terrain, and cliffs or uphill/downhill. Just awesome boot!

Nice boots.
I like these boots so far, they took a little longer to break in than normal but they appear to be well made and rugged. They were expensive, I'm hoping they last for years and that will be the deciding factor on whether I really like them or not.

Best Mountain Hunting Boot
Comfortable Boots fit great, didn't take long to break in, and held up to scree fields in Idaho. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Amazing!
I have been eyeing these for a while but hesitated due to price. I had seen them first at a store where I tried them on and found them to be comfortable. These replaced a pair of Asolo boots which run around $250 to replace. I finally gave in and am really sorry that I waited so long. I find these to be amongst the most comfortable I have ever worn. I am still breaking them in but even the first day with these I was extremely impressed at the fit and comfort. The soles are thick so you may find that some think you seem much taller. They'll give you an extra inch just like an iPhone and if you are the type that needs an extra inch, they have it. I don't need an extra inch anywhere but I won't complain about having it either.I have not been on extreme terrain nor have I tested the waterproof aspect but I am confident in both. I did order the Kenetrek wax to treat them.I would definitely buy them again!
