My wife absolutely loves this. It has steam mode with neg. ions, easy on her hair. It has temperature modes so she can set mild temp for her fine hair. Best of all it is two products in one with an easy push button to quickly go from curling to flattening. No more using two devices, especially when traveling or flying with excess weight!! Love it!

I bought this 2-in-1 tool for travel so that I wouldn’t have to pack both a straightener and curling iron, but I love it so much that I’ve made it my everyday styler. I had a hard time finding a travel curler/straightener with 1 inch barrel and higher heat, so that’s what sold me on this model. I have not even used the water chamber and it still makes my hair shiny and silky with great hold and shape retention. It makes the clicking sound as described, and it’s no big deal at all. It came beautifully packaged with accessories and seems sturdy and well-made. Really great product that I wish I’d bought sooner! FYI I have collarbone length fine hair.

I've been searching for a 2 in 1 iron like this and was hoping to be Wow'd but not so much. I like it, but don't love it. It works well so I'm not totally disappointed but it has a few work arounds. The flat iron does not clasp tightly which is good but it's a little looser than I would like. You can press the end of the iron down to secure more which helps and you do not need a glove as the end is not hot. Since this iron has a steamer built in, the end is a little awkward but is workable. I don't desire to use the steam but it's a nice feature for sure. It's easy to switch back and forth when changing to flat and curl, that's what I love about it. I found myself pressing the buttons accidently while using but it didn't change the settings so that's a plus too. The lower settings work well enough so I don't worry about too much heat ruining my hair. Happy with this iron and have no reason to return, it works well for what I need it for and these are hard to come by!

I can't get over the ease of going back and forth between flat iron and curl. So nice because I'm RVing and don't have room on the counter for 2 curling irons.The temperature control is wonderful for my damaged colored hair grow out. And the finer silver/gray hair replacing it. And where the hairs are broken or frizzy, the steam application calms it all down. I think it's so cool, I'm getting a 2nd one for my travel bag and/or backup for if and when it fizzles!It's a little larger barrel for my curls than I'm used to, but its actually a perfect loose curl. A freeze spray or light, holds the curl all day and into the next. Love it!

I was so excited to find a curling iron with steam, I had one a long time ago and LOVED it but it was a different brand. So when I found this one on Amazon i couldn’t wait to try it. I put the water in and when the light stopped flashing I wrapped my hair around the barrel pushed the steam button on the end and……NOTHING, not one little puff of steam! So the next day I tried it again but this time I changed the setting and STILL NOTHING! So I got on Amazon and told them, they sent a replacement….now I’m really excited because I know this one will work, BUT same EXACT THING….NO STEAM! So now I ordered a different steam curling iron that will be here today, and I sure hope this one will work!

The curling iron comes with beautifully packaged and wonderful extras. First impressions was almost 10 star!! First, the extras that comes with the iron were great! I love the clips because they help me handle my hair when hot, and the comb really helped to get my hairs thorough straightening .The temperature control button is very convenient. It heats up incredibly fast, which is great, I don't have to spend time just waiting for it to heat up. The safety off is also a great feature. What's more, the water vapor design is extremely special and I have hardly seen other curling iron like this on Amazon. At first, I am not sure how to install the water tank. After reading the listing and instructions, I found it's easy hhh. This feature also makes my hair moisturized. I would highly recommend this product.

This curler heats up really fast and the different temperature choice is useful for different types of hair. For me, my hair is towards the harder and thicker side, so I use the second highest temperature. It curled my hair really fast and it's really say to use. The curler itself isn't too heavy, I didn't feel much stress on my arm during the use. Also, my curls stayed for 2 and a half days which is really surprising for my hair type! Overall, I loved this curler!

My granddaughter and I are African American and have natural hair. My hair is fine and my granddaughter's is pretty thick. After straightening our hair, I used this product to curl the hair, more for body than tight curls. Although I like the dual feature, the curls didn't last more than a couple of hours. It was very difficult to get a tight grip around the hair and I don't think the heat, even at it's highest setting, was sufficient.
