Not working

Received the battery the next day of the order being placed. However its not the same as shown in the image. The product image shows a 4400 mah battery pack while i recieved a 28000 mah battery.

Item is not working (Not charging) it is useless for me. Phasically item is in good condition but i install and put to charging, but it not charging, my charger is good, orignal and working. Buttry is not chinging.

Battery surprisingly works. It lasts as long as the OEM battery did when it was new, maybe just a bit less by an hour or so. I'm getting around 3.5 hours of use which is very good for my laptop, I recall the OEM battery lasting around 4.One thing to note is that the battery is a bit thicker than the original, which I found to be quite pleasant as it raises the laptop at an angle which makes typing on it on a desk more comfortable.Battery doesn't get hot while using or charging, charge time is good, and I got no errors in POST.We'll see how long it lasts in terms of longevity.

Battery arrived quickly, as promised (Amazon Prime). The battery is slightly thicker than the one that came with my laptop, and includes rubber padded feet, but it fits my Dell Inspiron perfectly. Battery arrived with a charge of approximately 75%. I went through the discharging/recharging process 3 times as the instructions indicate to "calibrate" the battery. The battery life waiting for it to completely discharge was impressive: it took about 6 hours to go from fully charged to shutdown each time.So far it's functioning perfectly, with a much longer life than the original battery.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as the previous reviewer from December 9th with a Dell (mine is the inspiron 3521). My battery arrived on the 8th and according to the manual it says to "Pls discharge the battery to 2% and then charge fully to 100% at the first cycle after purchasing." ('Pls' is not my personal spelling). I discharged it and then plugged it in, but it stopped at 76% and showed "plugged in, not charging" I messaged the seller and they immediately apologized and sent me a replacement which I really appreciate. They also gave new instructions: "Please use it until AUTO-SHUT-OFF your laptop. Then charge it to 100%, and please don't use it when it is charging. Run it through three full cycles of discharging and charging." The battery came with around 70% and I tried to use my laptop till it ran down to 0, but it completely shut down after only 10 minutes at ~60 some %. This went on for a while until I gave up on letting it run down to 0% and just charged it full to 100%. It was not able to hit 100% no matter how long I left it charge, it was at best 97% or 98% which doesn't make much of a difference but it's another instance of the battery not showing accurate readings or charging properly. The customer service agent was extremely understanding though and issued me a refund. The other reviews from earlier this year looked really good so I wonder if it's a problem affecting the most recent batch.

working as expected

Battery is great.Packaging is amazing.It's twice as big as the original latitude 3440 battery in terms of battery capacity and there is only the slightest bulge in the entirety because its a bigger battery (not battery battery bulge where its bad but the size of it physically).Overall I'm happy with my purchase and hope my review helps
