Decades ago I had a back roller very similar to this one & I loved it then & love the new "ma Roller" I have now just as well. It does a deep massage & really gets to the problem areas quickly. It is important to roll on it slowly & pause briefly in the areas of the spine where the suspected problem areas are felt. Very satisfied.

I like how ot can massage my back unlike foam rolls. I only wish the grooves are a little bit bigger so it can still massage when lay on my back.

It's exactly as advertised but difficult to use due to being very slick and hard to use as expected on any surface. Best to be used on a rubber mat for grip and control.

Didn’t even get a chance to try it because it had green mold and mildew on the center. Very strange.

Polished wood is good because it gives off a vintage vibe (although I'm not really sold with vintage stuff - I'm a contemporary guy [Progressive, Atheist, futurist... the works.]). However, the polished texture has a major design flaw; The roller is INCREDIBLY difficult to keep in the place you want because you can only use it on one kind of surface: rubber. Yup, try doing your back rolling on the carpet - it slips off. Slips on any other surface unless you use a non-slip yoga mat. They should have designed the product with a non-slip coating. Also, be wary of prolonged use on your back, it will bruise (but this is the case for all gravity-induced pressure devices.

The product is sturdy and easy to use, however, it needs to be bigger. Hello hello
