I used this right before I showered like I do with all my face masks. The step 1 pad smelled so fresh and citrusy and really took off all the dirt and dead skin off my face. I wasn’t wearing any makeup and the pad even turned brown!! You don’t realize how much dirt there is on your skin from just walking around outside and wearing masks.
