Q: Does it clean mold and mildew on the grout?

I did not have mold or mildew when I started using and I still don't. This is amazing and the smell is fine. I have Stage III Lung Cancer in remission 2 yrs. so I am careful.

Q: is this a disinfectant also? Does it need to be for bathroom?

a good cleaner. Disinfectant? - Do not know.

Q: Can this be used on marble counter tops and porcelain bathroom tiles?

It is VERY gentle.. I have used it on tile but ot marble , so I can't attest to marble. I would email Mrs Meyers company. They are quick to get back with an answer.

Q: is this a neutral cleaner?

Mrs.Meyer's tab and tile has a very mild scent and doesn't have any harsh fumes. I would definitely recommend this it works great!
