We used this for swim lessons and haven’t had any issues. We liked it so much we bought 2 more in other colors

I had first bought the 6 month for my standard size 6 month old. She was well with in the recommended weight limit. But the size was too tight. I bought a 12 month size for her instead. Much better fit for her weight ( 16lb baby 7 month old in size 12 month swim diaper.)So definitely size up otherwise great.

Not absorbent but does fit well and looks cute. We use this for swim class and I have recently started to wait to put it on since she has peed through it a couple of times in the car.

I Purchased this for my 22 month old granddaughter. She is 25 pounds. It fit very well. I can’t comment on the absorbency, because she has not wet in them.

Great product, as always from iplay. My daughter is between 12mo and 18mo shorts, 22lbs, so I went with the 18mo swim diaper. I know from experience these run a tad small. The fit is good for her and should last several months. If your child is in between sizes, size up. The elastic gathers at the thighs and waist quite a bit (for obvious reasons of preventing leaks), so be aware if your kiddo has chunkier thighs or waist. These are great quality and they’ll get much use :) Yay!
