Lost the one that I had for years needed one in a pinch while on vacation in Florida. This one was the cheapest with decent ratings. I do agree it's great for the value came charged with batteries worked right out of the bag. You can do DC or AC which is nice. It has lots of different functions. Please make sure you read the owner's manual before sticking those electrics probes in things if you don't know what you're doing. It doesn't come with a carry case so I can't rate it on that, but it does seem accurate based on voltages. I tested it on and it is easy to read with large LCDs display. Definitely a good size for portability. Keeping it in your glove box or your car for quick issues is handy.

This is really easy to use. I appreciate that I can check all my batteries so far. I’ve been using it for about two months and instead of just tossing batteries that I think aren’t working I know for sure if they’re working or not if they’re dead or not so easy to use simple purchase compact design. I can take it with me like if I go camping or somewhere like that and it’s very lightweight so I like it

Bought this to chase down a charging problem on my travel trailer. The batteries weren't taking a charge on shore power, and I needed something to start isolating where the voltage was dropping out. This meter got me there. I checked the AC side coming in, then what was actually reaching the batteries on the DC side, and that's how I narrowed it down to a bad AC to DC converter rather than the batteries or the wiring. The probes feel solid, the dial has good detents so you're not second-guessing the range, and DC readings were steady and consistent. The backlight is a genuinely nice touch. A lot of my testing happened in a dim storage bay and under the trailer, and being able to read the screen without holding a flashlight in my teeth made the job a lot easier. It's light and small enough to live in the truck, so it's become my grab-and-go meter for quick checks. Five stars. It saved me from replacing two 6v deep cycle batteries that were actually fine.

Absolutely love this multimeter. I've lived my life with cheap $5 harbor freight multimeters, but doing some dumb diagnosing with it I blew the main fuse inside. I've been using this since 2024. I was able to open it up, get the spec of the fuse (5x20mm .250amp) and swapped the 10 amp fuse for the time being while the replacement is shipped next day. The auto off is super convenient, it beeps before it's gonna shut off. and the beeping for continuity check is super nice for probing harnesses and not having vision of the readout on the meter. I added another in my cart for my next purchase as it warrants me having one in each of my workshop locations. the 9v or 2xAAA battery configuration options thing is super convenient. I feel like a paid reviewer but just have been very happy with it and am going through the time to put in a review

Good price, but the battery it came with was completely dead. We had to buy a replacement to get it working, which wasted my time.
