Definitely the wrong choice. Don't take my word for it, read the warranty on company website.
First, the largest flat pan came with a loose handle. Screwing the handle tight again did not fix the problem since the part of the handle that tightens on the pan seemed to be too weak to hold the heavy pan. Imagine cooking with a loose handle.3 pieces already have chips on the non-stick area, deep chips and nicks even though we careful. We follow all the rules, no stacking in the sink, no immediate washing after they're heated--we read the manual and made sure to follow the recommendations. The "lifetime warranty" is the kind designed to be perfectly inconvenient and pretty much covers nothing.I learned a really good lesson here. Before buying products like these, check out the warranty. Heck, call the company and ask questions about the warranty procedures. No phone number? Red flag. The person is rude or unhelpful. Move on.Here's the verbiage regarding the warranty from the company's website: Such warranty shall not apply to damages resulting from accidents, abuse or misuse, including damage caused by overheating and does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage, which does not impair the functionality of the cookware. This warranty is valid only for the first quality goods purchased from an authorized selling agent of Epoca International, Inc. To claim your warranty, send the cookware along with an $8.00 check for shipping and handling to...

Falsely advertised, NOT compatible with my induction cooktop
I tried using this pan with my duxtop induction cooktop, and it didn't work. The device gives an error indicating that it could not detect an induction ready pot.Someone suggested "tricking" the cooktop into working with this pan by first placing a properly induction-compatible pot on the cooktop, turning it on, then quickly switching the pans. I tried this, and it sort of worked- the cooktop kept working, but it immediately started making an alarming clicking noise. Of course, I tuned off the cooktop right away, it felt dangerous to keep it running. This saucepan is simply not induction "ready" (at least not the one I received), and should not be advertised as such.

Good Non-Stick Pan
I bought this and a larger one to replace older ones with Teflon coating. I use this one several times a week, usually to water-braise vegetables, saute or poach fish. After more than a year and a half, it's showing some wear: some scratches in the base, nicks along the edge and sides - even though I NEVER use any but soft plastic or wood utensils in it and clean carefully. Nevertheless, I love this pan and just ordered another - to replace the first one (which I'll either keep as a back-up or donate).

Play 'fool the stovetop" & it will work - strange case
UPDATE: After contacting customer service I tried this odd suggested idea. I put a fry pan that works on the burner with water and then quickly substituted this sauce pan with water - and it worked. That is very strange to me but it worked - you just have to fool the stove top.Purchased for use with new Secura 9100MC Induction stove top. Item says Induction Ready but water in pot on Secura led to EQ or error - no matter the position or setting the Induction would not start. I don't get it. Why should this be a problem? This is sold as induction ready and it won't boil water? This is my second problem with trying to buy pots for my new induction burner. I have 3 pots & pans that work and 2 that do not and I cannot get why or which product to blame for the problem.

beautiful and functional, what's not to love?
I love this pan! We've had it for about a month now and since we got it, I've pretty much used it exclusively, i love it so much. It cleans up so easily, and it's really beautiful too. I end up leaving it out on the stove because why not? It's such a pretty red/white and I'm just going to use it again in a second anyway. I thought I would be bothered by the fact I can't put it in the dishwasher, but I'm really not. It looks so clean and white I never feel like it's dirty at all. Of course to clean it you just wipe whatever you last cooked off and you're pretty much finished. No oil/butter necessary for scrambled eggs, though I recommend some kind of oil or something for fried eggs. A more skilled cook probably wouldn't need it? I got this pan first, to see what the bliss line is all about, but now I'm convinced I want to buy the whole set of them. I found this brand a while ago and I have loved every single thing I have from them, but this ceramic one is the best. Also worth mentioning that you're not supposed to use metal utensils with this! I used a metal utensil with an aluminum pan i got from them accidentally (before reading all of the instructions), right after I got it and it got all scratched up, so sad. I don't know if that would happen with this one but I'm careful to only use bamboo or silicone as per the instructions now for sure!

My favorite pan over the past decade.
This is one of the best pans I've had over the past decade. I've had one for about six months and decided I'd get another for when I eventually leave it to get too hot or scratch it up (it has withstood my normal neglect so far althought I have managed to get into the habit of only using wooden or silicon utensils with it) but durinig washing I normally end up having metal utensils sitting in it :- (You will want to tighten up the phillips head screw that holds the handle on. Not too tight! But it will loosen on you if you don't do it right from the start.

Use VERY LOW Heat!
For the first couple of weeks nothing stuck to this pan. I mainly just used it for eggs and pancakes and it was great. But then everything started to stick. I never got it over 50% heat, used soft scrubbers and never used oil or butter. It's like the factory coating wore off or something. I couldn't even flip an egg without breaking the yolk. I had planned on giving the pan a 1 star and throwing it out. Then I started playing around with different heat levels etc. I found that if I didn't get the burner over 25% heat and used a VERY small amount of butter it worked great. Nothing sticks again. Again, I pretty much use it for eggs and pancakes. So I'll continue to use it. It just takes forever to heat up at such a low heat. I like that it's not teflon but it's not awesome to cook with. I probably wouldn't buy it again. 2.5 star.

Great!
I am loving this pot. Easy to clean and have had no problems with it. The ceramic lining it great because there is no metals being cooked into your food. Do not use metal utensils on this pot bamboo is the best to use.

Fantastic...and so pretty!
Best non stick frying pan. Have had it for many months and it looks brand new. Nothing ever sticks and clean up is only a quick rinse and wipe.
