I bought this to replace the dead battery in my Dyson V6. Super easy to swap out batteries. The battery worked as advertised for the first 2 uses then something went wrong. It started a rapid flashing red light and would no longer take a charge or run the Dyson. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and gave me some things to try at home to resolve the issue. I tried everything they recommended and the battery was still bad. They responded quickly with a couple of options including a replacement battery. I will add an update when I receive my new battery. Great customer service and I would buy from this seller again.

I ordered and used this battery for my Dyson and it powered it really well. I was able to get a pretty good run time and even better turbo / high power use with the new battery. The battery has been experience some charging issues after 3+ months of use and I contacted customer support. They usually dont replace items after such a long time, but agreed to replace the battery in good faith. Excellent service and communication! Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE my Dyson Hand vac. Bought it years ago and still works like a charm. I tend to use it instead of a vacuum cleaner. These batteries are a godsend. Dyson charges waaaaaay more!!

Junk -- I didn't even get a full year out of it. It won't charge anymore. And I only used once or twice a week. Total waste of money. I thought about just replacing the batteries and soldering everything back together in the housing, which snaps apart. But there's a circuit board in there and I don't know how to troubleshoot that.

Battery replacement was easy enough, came with good instruction on how to replace the battery. Battery also lasted similar to OEM battery, made my 4+ yrs old vacuum work great again. Although the charge port is a little tight and you have push it through a little for it to start charging. Unfortunately the battery died after 6 months. But contacted the seller and they are very helpful and will be sending me a new replacement battery, hopefully that will last longer.

Great quality battery! I had an expensive Dyson vacuum that would only run for 30 seconds after being on the charger. I bought this battery and it runs for a long time. It is like new. It fits perfectly.

Update 3/17, customer support has given me 3 options to fix the situation with the dead battery. I've selected a replacement. Original Review: Purchased this battery replacement on August 1, 2022, the battery now March 24, 2023 only holds a charge for less that a minute. I love the vacuum, but the rechargeable batteries don't hold a charge. (From product information on Amazon: the product has a minimum of 90 days of warranty.) I had to fall back on my 30 year old Kenmore Whispertone. The cord is a pain, but at least it works.

I like that it will run twice as long . I took my V6 apart and cleaned it very well; Really made a difference. This replacement battery is held with two screws. I googled for instructions, simple change out. Be sure to fully charge the new battery before installing. I bought the small tool kit that is required, very low price for getting the job done right.
