Q: Are the black sneakers pointed?

No. It looks just like the picture.

Q: Are these tight? True to size or should I plan on ordering bigger?

Very tight. All of my Steve Madden shoes are size 9, I got a 9, 9.5, and both were too tight. Bought the 10, and they are even almost too small. Very uncomfortable, stiff and don't feel good on your feet.

Q: How true is the grey color? Looks more brown from picture.

Q: Has anyone get badly blisters from wearing them?

Yes I got really bad blisters but they stopped after wearing the shoes in a bit - probably should have sized up
