My podiatrist recommended me to get hard insert support foot insoles and after trying different ones, I chose the RooRuns Orthotic 3/4 length. I got Size: M - Women's 7.5-9.5. they fit perfectly with my sneakers and walking shoes and they have made a huge difference! These insoles have definitely decreased the arch pain I was experiencing and have also improved my balance as well. They are very good quality, the shape holds nicely when inserted in different shoes and they do stay in place. Best of all they are very comfortable to wear all day long. I would be buying another pair. Love my new RooRuns!

I'm a ladies size 6M now (was 5.5) but buy half a size larger for running shoes or sneakers to accommodate socks. I tried these in the same shoes but half a size larger (size 7), and they hurt my arches. However, they are working very well in my size 6.5. I'm very happy. After decades of running, I have falling arches and flat feet and was told by a podiatrist to wear hard arch supports, which these are. I also have the Birkenstock 3/4 length blues, which have worked well too for several years and also have custom-fit full-length arch supports (much more expensive).

They fit in my shoes just right. My left foot rolls less, it is my foot but I think anyone without as much issue's they would haveGood results. One thing I can say is these are way more comfortable than the ones I got from my podiatrist. And my arch feels way better using these.

I've been using Walk-fit for years but decided to try something new. I bought these for my boots but had to go back to the walk fit and put these in my tennis shoes. 2 things I don't like about this inserts is the cupped heel and the thick heel feels like wearing a wedge. The cup on the back rubs against my heel and just isn't comfortable. It's not too bad in a flat shoe but not in a boot. The thick heel plus the cup on the back along with the elevated heel of the boot pushes my foot into the the toe of the boot crunching my toes. It was an experiment but I'll stick with the Walk-fit.

Have paid 3x for other orthotics and this product is a GREAT value for the comfort I found by wearing these!
