MOTOOS Towing Mirrors Replacement for 1999-2007 Ford F250 F350 F450 F550 Super Duty Tow Mirrors Power Heated with Signal Light Both Driver and Passenger Side Mirrors

I installed these towing mirrors on a 2001 Ford F-250 7.3 diesel 2wd. I am very happy with the install. The only problem I had was that the mirrors do not come with wiring diagrams. I found a YouTube video that explained the installation, but the wires were different colors. On these mirrors, the blue wire is the running light. The white wire is the blinker. The grey wire is the heater. Black is ground. I just added a ground wire to the door with a self tapping screw. On my 2001 F250 I tapped in to the wires behind the fuse box. The white/blue is right blinker and yellow/white is left blinker. I tapped in to the brown wire behind the headlight switch for both running lights. I added a switch and a circuit for the heaters. Just be careful bolting the mirrors up. Tighten in a star pattern and do a little each rotation ensuring it mounts even. Don’t over tighten! I am happy with the install. I took a star off due to the lack of wiring information....

These mirrors are fantastic and a terrific upgrade to the factory mirrors that plague the 99-07 trucks... minus having to trim the plastic off the back they were a perfect fit on my 01' F250 and plugged into the factory harness for mirror adjustments... there are lots of write ups online to splice into the parker/blinker lights which is my next project.q

Installed on 2001 F250. Better than the rounded extension mirrors I had - larger bottom blind spot mirrors are adjustable (by hand). Electric adjustment works good, hooked up pretty easy. Had to trim the placement tabs to get to fit, as others have noted. No shakes or gaps after long road trip. Fogged up a bit once, then haven't had issue since - next project will be to hook up the heat and lights, I like that separate pigtail adapter was included for that. Large square gives a worktruck look, and not too fond of the flat finish.

I installed these, plug and play on my 2000 Ford Excursion stock wiring. As soon as I used them the first time, the drivers mirror would not go up. (motor assembly function) As a matter of fact, when I move the passenger side mirror, the drivers side mirror goes down. When I move the driver's side mirror left or right, it also goes down. I contacted Roadstar about my issue. They asked for a video instead of taking care of the problem. Once I submitted a video there were crickets. They never helped at all and ignored me. Now I am stuck with broken mirrors on my truck. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. If there is a problem you are screwed!

Mirror description sys it fits 99-07 F250, but it did not fit mine without trimming a bit. It seems some years must have an additional alignment stud that my originals did not. Once I figured that out, they mounted fairly well, but not perfectly aligned, there was a gap along the top where I placed some 90MPH tape along the top edge to ensure no water seeps in behind the mirror. Other than that, only minor vibrations at highway speeds; they are usable, but not factory quality.
