The necklace was A LOT smaller than expected, and there was significance in the lowercase spelling of “hope” between my girlfriend and I which is how I wrote it, but the item was received today and it was written as “Hope” it’s not a huge deal, but slightly upsetting. Overall it is a beautiful product and my girlfriend loved it, great valentines gift, just wish it came how I had it.

It’s smaller than expected, and very thin and lightweight. Only 1.6 gm for a 4 letter name plus chain. I guess I will keep it because it says it’s non-refundable. I have the pillar bar necklace by Oak & Luna which is much more substantial looking, and weightier. If you like very dainty pieces, you might like this piece.

The first necklace I received broke two times in a matter of days. I received a replacement from the seller for no charge. They worked to make me happy. The new necklace I've had for a few weeks and had no problems. I wear it everyday all day without any breaks. Thank you, I love my name necklace!
