I ordered this for pain relief in my thigh, it’s very flimsy and light and maybe I didn’t read the wording, but it’s all plastic not impressed at all

Firstly ignore the review above, yes its hard orange plastic but its meant to be lol. Ok that said, ive a lot of health problems and chronic pain. Lots of knots and pain in si joint. I used this yesterday, ouch but once it was in it loosened lots. Several clicks as things moved back into place lol. I had first night i slept straight through in months. I want the full back one now haha. Simple but really got in and loosened things faster than my spiky balls and rollers thank you

For the price I can’t complain.Although the long stick is quite painful being a thick plastic and doesn’t really move at all

It feels pretty flimsy. I’ll be shocked if it lasts a year.

I realise now that the reviews under this product are for all the products this company creates, not just the hip massager. I was surprised to get a hunk of dirty orange plastic (not even in a box, just delivered in a net bag) when it had been reviewed so positively. But when I looked again, people were talking about their roller massagers, etc. This is such a hard piece of plastic, it's really painful to lie on. I thought it would be softer. I didn't expect to get one that looked like it was ten years old. Sent straight back for a refund.

I bought this because I have constant neck pain!! I use it with magnesium oil or just by itself! I carry it with me and use it on the go as well as at home!!! It’s a handy little gadget to have! It’s a great value for the money! It’s easy to hold in your hand which makes it extremely easy to use! I just soak it in soapy water to clean! 10-10 highly recommend!

I bought this more for my neck but turned out to help my stretching of my feet for plantar faciatis and has been helpful for fascia massage. It was better and more useful than expected.

I have really tight arm, hip and leg muscles. I have been using this with message oil and it breaks up the fascia tightness and will leave bruising if you are too aggressive. But I don't mind because it helps. It is the size as indicated and works well for lymphatic Massage as well. Versatile. Great product.
