I use this in my Roborock mopvac and love the scent, which is very mild. We have skin sensitivities (humans and pets), and this doesn't cause issues for any of us. I don't see visible residue on my black slate floors or engineered hardwoods after use. It does a good job of helping when the dogs track in dirt, and is a regular part of our home cleaning system. It is not the deepest cleaning or most pungent smelling, if you are looking for a traditional, Pine-Sol level scent. We use this for maintenance, not deep-cleaning. It will not clean deep, set-in, dried, or old stains without elbow grease. It's safe for us to use with young kids, as it doesn't trigger allergies, asthma, or eczema. We also find it pleasantly uplifting when the mop is in use.

Product works but when I contacted Bona they were unable to give me a dilution guideline to use when I didn't want to use it in a machine. Why don't they have a dilution range to use with their own product when you don't want to use it in a machine. By trial and error I figured out how much water to dilute it with.

I received a Crosswave Hydrosteam as a gift. The solution that came with the machine left streaks and a haze on the hardwood floor, so I had to go over it with the regular Bona wood floor cleaner to restore the natural satin finish. Enter the Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner for machines. It's GREAT! I just tested it out today on a section of the wood floor and it left the floor beautifully clean, no haze or streaks. I will definitely continue to use this product and would highly recommend it to anyone with sealed wood floors. Side note - the company that installed the floor recommended Bona ONLY. That's what I've been using, but I don't think it gets up all the dirt or grime that can get in the natural wood grooves by just using the Bona mop. The Crosswave did the job as evidenced by the dirty water in the tank. I'll plan to use the machine for occasional deep cleaning and super happy to be able to use Bona for the solution.

Good value for the cost, lasts a long time since it is a concentrate. Love the smell, house smells so fresh after use.

This product has a light, pleasant smell and leaves your floors looking clean and polished. I purchased for use with my Bissell Crosswave. My only qualm is that it gets very foamy. I have tried mixing it with more water and less solution than I would with Bissell brand products, but it still has that foamy, streaky application. HOWEVER, it does dry down and the streaks are not visible once it dries. All in all, I like it for the days I want my floors to look extra nice.
