The base unit has just a thin cardboard covering. A light punch would puncture the cardboard. The construction is very rough light wood. If you accidentally fell onto the bed It is my opinion that the whole thing would collapse. The mattress is made of weak material. This product looks like a bed has the shape of a bed but that's it. The covering of the mattress creases when you get off. Overall very poor quality. The service was even worse. It was delivered on the wrong date. It was delivered by just one man who did not speak English. The cardboard on the base unit was damaged. Extremely bad product and service.

Base looks pretty decent with the headboard, albeit I've been sent two tops and drawers are on different sides.Nothing but issues, been sent two mattresses. One memory foam and the one in the picture is apparently an orthopedic mattress. Looks nothing like what's advertised and depending on who replies you get conflicting information.Apparently they are having issues with their supplier, even though I'm sure it's made by the company. Still showing in stock, which is strange.Will wait and see if the base is corrected and mattress sourced. Lead time 12 weeks so please bare that in mind when ordering.Admitted defeat and got a refund, mattress is very plastic and cheap feeling, still looks nothing like advertised. Avoid.

very pleased with the bed but the delivery was poor only one man he was not going to take up stairs at first I said I would help but so we took the two half of the divan to the landing but he would not take the mattress up

I absolutely love my bed! It came damaged, due to the delivery driver. However, I was offered a part refund for the hassle, and due to the late delivery than expected (amazon give you a date which isn't from the manufacturer) I just wanted the bed and not the hassle of swapping, so then accepted the part refund. The mattress is so comfy, its an amazing night sleep, well recommended, not too hard and not too soft!

Small issue resolved. now Very happy with product. Would recommend. Good value for the money. The mattress is quality and I’m amazed for the price.

Fantastic bed! Bought a small double for my daughter’s birthday and she’s over the moon with it! For the price, it’s fantastic quality. The delivery team were very polite and took it all upstairs for me and I was kept up to date as to when they’d be arriving which was great. It was very easy to put together and it’s actually really comfortable. The drawers aren’t very sturdy so don’t put anything too heavy in them. The mattress is also a tiny bit too long but this could probably be resolved by tweaking the headboard. Very happy and would certainly recommend.

great bed very comfy not soft just right

Cheap and not not well manufactured. The bed was damaged on the corners, the velvet covering was damaged and the drawer had a hole. On putting it together one headboard fixing was missing. The base is rickety and cheap although not a bad mattress. Very disappointed.
