It is a very good basic training DVD for the Tower
It is a very good basic training DVD for the Tower. Instructions are clear and concise. I love all Stott DVD's. They provide a good foundation for understanding the exercise and provide modifications should you have an injury.

Worried about quality
I bought it because I really like Pilates and wanted to do it at home. The machine is small and hard to use. I am always worried that the springs will break while I am working
