What a great item! Perfect for back yard or campsite, as they say! Stable and with the center pole pushed into the ground, very stable indeed. Nice shower head options. Easy to assemble. It locks upon turning on the shower.....so you don't have to hold it. Some units out there need a separate lock step. Used it immediately. A great shower at a super great price! It is lightweight, but seems durable. Thanks!

As other reviewers have said, it is not the prettiest thing but it does work well. I bought this to use at our pool to rinse the chlorine water off after swimming. It has a button that leaves the shower head on a steady on so you can spin and turn to get rinsed good. I opted not to use the 3 legs on this. I put stake in ground and zip tied this to our fence by the pool. This works great for us because you don't have the legs taking up patio real estate, I bought a dual connector for our garden hose reel and tied this off of that. I'm happy with our purchase for the price and this will be easy to store for the winter. I also think this is going to make giving our big puppy a bath much easier as I can use both hands to bathe and not have to hold the hose. :)

It works but it is very flimsy. The aluminum poles will dent just by tightening the screws and it is not easy to get it stuck in the ground and thus it is want to tip over.

Was looking for an outdoor shower to use in the hot weather since we are currently without a pool. I came across this one on Amazon and the reviews were great so went ahead and ordered it. It came quickly and right out of the box, it was very easy to put together. I attached the hose, adjusted the shower head, and voila, a great way to cool off from the summer heat. I like the tripod stand. The whole stand and shower is lightweight so it's easy to move to different locations if needed. I also like that the shower head come off easily so that you can now use it as a hand held shower. You can also adjust the height very easily which is a great thing. Very pleased with the purchase so far. I would recommend it for a nice outdoor shower system.

I like the ease of setup and the shower is pretty decent. But the connection that secures the hose to the shower tubing broke on the very first use. Possible to send a replacement?

I live on the East Coast of Central Florida. My hot water heater after replacing the elements, still isn't working so I'm expecting a repair service next week; you know how that goes, they come, they look, they order parts and you're lucky if they make it back within a week. I can tolerate a cold shower but when shampooing and then conditioning cold water just won't completely cut that conditioner, it takes at least warm water. I have been working inside and out. A terrible lawn service just allowed my property to become overgrown like a darn rain forest. I've been digging, chopping, pruning, mowing, dragging debris to the curb with no end in sight. After digging out the perimeter of my outside patio and cleaning the pavers, I'm just exhausted and tired of being filthy...Today I was outside putting together a garden hose box and already drenched in 95* heat and in the full sun more like 105*. Just at that time, here was the USPS person with this shower which I ordered late Thursday. I took this little beauty up, gathered my bathing items including conditioner, put on my bathing suit and had an amazing shower. Our water comes out of the hose very hot. This shower is a marvel and especially in my living environment. It's so easy to pivot the shower head it will wonderful for cleaning the patio, etc. not just your body. I intend to recommend this to all my friends or enemies. Don't hesitate to order this.

Update - I have discovered those wonderfully flexible and lightweight expanding hoses. I'm using one now for my portable shower and it makes everything better. Because it's lightweight the hose doesn't pull the shower over plus when detaching and using the shower head "wand" assembly the lightness of the hose makes it so much easier. Original review - This thing is, as so many others have already stated, flimsy. BUT I think in most cases it can be made to work. I found that the garden hose was controlling the shower positioning. The shower is so lightweight it can't hold its on in a contest with the hose. I found that if I attached a ten foot hose to the shower and lashed it firmly to the vertical tube that goes down to ground level, the shower plus starter hose become one manageable unit. Way easier to relocate and position. I also installed quick release couplers on the end of the ten foot starter hose and on my 100' hose for easy connecting. And finally, I bought a free standing hose caddy and placed it in a sunny spot and keep my 100' of black rubber garden hose hanging on it so I nearly always have warm water flowing from my shower. Oh and to make the warm water last longer I put a shut off connector on the starter hose so I can control how much water is flowing from the main hose full of warm water to the shower. The shower itself has different modes of flow but no flow control.

When I got the shower, I was impressed by the simplicity and ease of the use. The box comes with just the shower components. The best part was - no instructions!!! All I needed to do was to follow the pictures on the box itself. Took me about 5 mins to assemble, connect to my standard garden hose and the kids started using it immediately. Its feels a bit unstable, but the garden hose itself provides the needed stability. Good and cost effective purchase.
