Lonely Planet Naples, Pompeii & the Amalfi Coast (Travel Guide)

I liked this book as unlike many other guide books of the same area it contains information of the Cilento coast.

Full of information to make your trip hassle free

I used this guide for a visit to Naples. It is well written with good clear maps and it is reliable.

Excellent guide which we used multiple times every day in Sorrento and naples

Good for recommend venues places to eat and drink at travel tips and locations to visit

Good details, but Rick Steves does it better.

These guides or books provide a great way to keep some travel notes and memories from your trip as it progresses… which is ends up being a souvenir.

Not as inclusive of information as I expected and the quality of the paper wasn’t very good

I’ve used Lonely Planet guides before. They have resulted in great trips with sights I would not have known about or at least would not have been as enjoyable without their tips and information. This guide seems to have that too, but is missing a very key component to any trip: ‘where to stay’.That is a glaring omission and I cannot recommend this book because of that.
