Bigger than expected.
I was looking for an offset spatula for cookie decorating and saw this set. The price seemed right, so I went ahead and got them. I did read the dimensions, but was still surprised, so I thought I would take a picture for scale. Granted, these should work great for when I do cakes! They are nearly perfectly offset and very sturdy, but I did give them a little bit more bend to satisfy the offset to my personal liking, to which it had its shape well. I have little doubt that these will last me a long time.
