Great Customer Service
The glasses look and feel great. I had a query about them and I have to say that the Customer Service was brilliant. The glasses aren't dishwasher safe (on the instructions, I haven't and won't try).

Very good quality
Look stunning and are stronger than they look, last night after having a cheeky gin I accidentally knocked the glass from table to my wooden floor and it bounced. I was shocked but pleased it was not broken. Washed and dried and all ok. Very good buy and lovely to drink from. š

One glass fine the other glass completely shattered. Loved the look of the glass but not sure if I want to risk placing another order.
