Tobar Marbles - Box of 224 Mixed Designs

I bought these for my son who is really into marbles at the moment and the appealing thing about this set was the larger marbles. The packaging is great, but not easy to open. Surprisingly the quality of the marbles is decent, but not much different from some of the other cheaper sets I have bought; I didn't have to throw away as many. It's got great variety, but unfortunately the marbles do not all fit into the bag provided; which is pretty cheap quality.

Bought as a present for a young boy. He was delighted.Only negative was trying to unpackage the marbles. The clear covering plastic was attached at multiple points (I guess it needed to be to keep the marbles secure during transportation) with metal rivets of some kind. It took a lot of force to try to detach the clear plastic cover & the marbles went everywhere.

I think I like these more than the kids.Got them to use in a marble jar to help the kids learn about good behaviour! Works a treat, they love getting a marble to put in the jar...... And we get to play marbles with these really nice examples!The only thing that I don't like is the packaging, it's bolted in place. No really. But that's long gone into the recycling, now all that is left is my global domination on the marbles field! All yur marbles R mine.

The kids love to play marbles so I had a hunt for a good marble set with a lot of variety as a family gift for both our kids to share (yes belive it or not).This marble set is well presented and is a great present with a lot of different marbles in the box, from big to small. There are a wide selection of colours and the marbles are, as you would expect, tough and durable.We took this set to the beach and it was easy to see our marbles in the sand, we didn't lose a single one.This is a really good set at a good price, I recommend this marble set to anyone with kids who love marbles!

My Daughter, 5 years old, absolutely loves these. the colors and different sizes are great. she spends long periods putting them in boxes, taken them out, organizing by colors, size, even role playing! BUT they chip! she only plays in the carpet and with plastic boxes, Tupperware. Two have chipped. My daughter is old enough to know she needs to have socks on when paying and after playing we exam the floor. But for the hours of fun she has had, they deserve a good 4 starts!

An excellent set of marbles, wide variety of colours and patterns with a few larger marbles as well (3 distint sizes of marbles in the pack). I'm sure you can probably get similar for cheaper, but this was received quickly and has a nice variety of colours inside which have kept a 5 year old and 2 year old very interested. The packaging is quite robust too. I've re-purposed an old lamp shade as a marble funnel, and the marbles keep them occupied for an hour or so, which in today's digital world is quite good I suppose :)

Not a bad set. Marble quality is 7/10.Needed to wash the marbles to get the glass dust off them.Box is a nightmare beyond explanation to open. (Comment if you agree!)My set looked like it had been in a warehouse for a long long time.

What a great product. Wonderful marbles that made an amazing birthday present and took me back to my childhood. Great selection and size. I would recommend!
