These easy to use fuel gauges are pre-calibrated to ensure that you always know how much useable fuel you have on board. To use simply insert the gauge into each tank until it touches the bottom. Place your finger securely over the top opening and remove to read fuel quantity from the gauge.

Godo quality and helpful tool
I use this for a Pitts S2C, which has limited fuel capacity and a fairly high burn rate during aerobatics. I had to cut it down a bit in order to fit it through the cabane, clear the top wing, windshield and cowling. This is far better than the wooden dowel I used on my prior S2C.

Negative length
I was a bit disappointed with the length. It is not long enough for the item I wanted to use it on. I am measuring my oil in my home heating oil tank and it won't reach the bottom. The tube is the best one I have been able to locate but it was not long enough. I needed something that would measure at least 36 inches or more. But thank you anyway.
